It looks like the Zarqawi capture rumor was bunk, and was just the echo of this actual report of the arrest of a high-ranking member of Zarqawi's organization. Unless administration propagandists secretly don't want it known that Iraq's top boogeyman is behind bars so ... I'm kidding, I'm kidding...
